Role Description The Database Administrator is a full-time, on-site role located in Tracy, CA, responsible for managing and maintaining the churchโ€™s databases and related systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring database performance, optimizing queries, and ensuring data security, integrity, and availability. The role involves designing and updating database schemas to support ministry, membership, and operational needs, as well as implementing backup, recovery, and replication strategies. The Database Administrator will troubleshoot database issues, collaborate with staff to understand data requirements, and create documentation and reports that support informed decision-making. This position works closely with ministry leaders and administrative staff to ensure that technology effectively supports WHBCโ€™s mission and community outreach.
