  • Maintain accurate digital records, buyer and seller information, and other auction-related data using our computer systems and software.
  • Lead administrative office operations during fast-paced live auction events, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Clerk live auctions by accurately entering bids, buyer information, and catalog details in real time.
  • Photograph auction items for inventory, cataloging, and promotional purposes.
  • Partner with our Advertising Department to capture photos and videos at live events and assist with marketing materials.
  • Travel to auction sites throughout the local area and transition comfortably between day-to-day office responsibilities and on-site auction events.
