Job description

GJLT Management LLC dba, Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Northern NJ has an immediate opening for a talented Office Administrator to join our Regional office.

The Office Administrator will focus on assisting the Management, Accounting, Sales, and Brand Services Teams in the support of the Unit Franchise Owners, Accounts, Vendors and office employees. There will be light bookkeeping support in areas of deposits and maintaining computer files. The office is looking for a team-oriented self-starter with a passion for supporting growth within our regional organization.  

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Customer Service and Organizational background who enjoys working in a fast pace team environment.

This is an in the office role. 

Essential Functions

  • Assist the Management Team in the support of Franchise Owners, Accounts and Vendors
  • Assist in remote deposits through our banks virtual portal.
  • Provide Administrative support to our sales and brand services teams. 
  • Maintain the Region’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
  • Organize and maintain all office files, materials and equipment
  • Perform Special Projects as requested

Desired Experience/Skills

  • 4+ years of experience, preferably in an Office Administration or Customer Service Environment
  • Solid Interpersonal and Demonstratable Organizational Skills
  • Very Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
  • Self-Starting Abilities 
  • Desire to learn new skills.
  • Minimum of an associate's degree.
