Join a growing manufacturing team that values safety, quality, and long-term career growth. We are seeking experienced Production Machine Operators with injection molding experience to support high-volume production operations in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rates
• $24.90/hour - Day Shift
• $27.40/hour - Night Shift
Schedule
• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Rotation Schedule: 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
• Must be flexible to rotate monthly between day and night shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor injection molding production equipment
• Perform quality control checks and calibration tasks on processing equipment
• Conduct machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency
• Measure pipe and verify dimensional tolerances using precision measuring tools
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Accurately complete data entry and production documentation
• Prepare finished products for shipping according to packaging specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support production goals
Qualifications
• Previous injection molding experience required
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
