Enforce Consulting is a fast growing consultancy focused on bringing cloud computing applications to mid-market and enterprise companies. We have strategic partnerships with cloud application leaders in human capital management and accounting/finance (ERP) operations. Our rapid growth provides experienced consultants an opportunity to fully develop their consulting career, while creating deep expertise in market leading cloud computing applications.
Enforce is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant (SIC)/Implementation Consultant (IC) to ensure cloud computing customers receive a return on their application investment. The SIC/IC participates in all stages of the implementation life-cycle, including gathering client requirements, configuration, multiple complex testing approaches, and application deployment. Throughout the project, you are working closing with practice and project managers to ensure customer expectations are met and the projects deploy on-time and on-budget.
Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels.
  • Provide configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of Dayforce implementation projects.
  • Research and resolve HCM problems, search out root causes, and unexpected results or process flaws; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Document processes and procedures and suggest modifications to current practices if needed to streamline, improve efficiency, and provide consistency across the system.
  • Support development, QA and UAT activities throughout the project life cycle.
  • Work collaboratively in team environments to complete assignments by specified deadlines while maintaining predefined budget.
  • Provides guidance to senior leadership on process improvement throughout the organization by creating, updating, and training by participating a continuous process improvement strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to create prototypes and proof-of-concept documentation for driving new solutions.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and administration of the HCM solution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in a technical field such as computer science, Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 3+ years of HCM work experience implementing and supporting HR and Payroll processes; Dayforce HCM experience preferred.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on target audience.
  • Proven understanding of databases, advanced reporting, and Dashboards.
  • Ability to influence others with the story you are seeing in the data.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple projects.
  • Communicate across multiple stakeholders, team members while managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strict adherence to data confidentiality requirements.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed on a limited basis.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and SharePoint)
