What You'll Do

As a Counter Assistant, you'll help keep our store running smoothly by supporting customers and the sales team throughout the day.

Your Day May Include:
  • Greeting walk-in customers and directing them to the right team member.

  • Assisting customers with order pickups, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Processing invoices, payments, and customer transactions.

  • Monitoring customer calls and helping manage incoming requests.

  • Coordinating product returns and maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Supporting the sales team by keeping customer orders organized and moving efficiently.

  • Helping maintain an organized counter area and ensuring customers receive prompt, friendly service.

  • Working closely with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.


What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
