Edenbrook Hampton is looking for their next Admin Assistant! We are skilled nursing facility that's part of the Eden Senior Care network.

Position: Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am-4pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Composes confidential correspondence, complies reports, and types general administrative and technical materials for the administrator.
  • Coordinates the maintenance distribution, and implementation of written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objective of the facility and the corporation. ( includes personnel policies, resident care policies, procedure manuals, position descriptions, etc).
  • Develops and maintains a good working rapport with the inter-department staff, and other departments within the facility to assure that administrative services and activities can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the facility.
  • Disperses mail to staff and residents
  • Maintains confidentiality for all residents, administrative, and corporate information.
  • Assist business office and staff with accounts payable and resident trust.
  • Interacts with customers, families, visitors, facility and corporate staff.
  • First point of contact for incoming calls; transfers to appropriate staff members/residents.

Qualification

  • Must have computer knowledge and Microsoft experience.
  • High school degree or equivalent with business curriculum required.
  • Typing, filing, correspondence composition and computer skills required.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum one year's secretarial experience required.
  • Must possess the ability to interpret and apply departmental procedures.
  • Must have a sense of accountability and responsibility.
