Be part of our company as a Airport Assistant, where you will handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, and coordinate with other departments when needed. Additional duties include manage simple records and enter information accurately, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, learn company products and services to better assist others, as well as respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, work with supervisors to meet daily goals. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
