Job Description
The Assembly Technician functions as part of an operations team focused on crimping and assembling electromechanical devices. This role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work independently after training while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include reading schematics and blueprints, operating assembly equipment, and ensuring finished products meet specifications. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electromechanical components using crimping, soldering, and potting equipment
  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
  • Inspect finished products and monitor quality, reporting any issues
  • Assist with order fulfillment including pulling, packing, and inventory tracking
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to standard cycle times
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics and use basic hand tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and ability to multitask effectively
