We have comprehensive experience providing IT support services, including hardware and software support, maintenance and repair, programming, professional staffing, networking, web design and development, and helpdesk implementation and management.

We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Architect/lead developer to help our government client in Orange, CA.

Scope of Services:

Intratek has a need for Senior Salesforce Architect / Lead Developer, who will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting existing Salesforce platform customizations and integrations, as well as designing and delivering new solutions to meet evolving business needs. This role requires gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process gaps and pain points, and translating them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties of the Senior Salesforce Architect / Lead Developer position may include but shall not be limited to the following:

  • This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, sound architectural judgment, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (with emphasis on Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections (LPI))
  • Experience working within Salesforce Government Cloud environments
  • Deep understanding/expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Advanced experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Platform
  • Expertise in Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git-based version control
  • Strong background in data migration, large data volume (LDV) strategy, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with automation tools (Flow, Workflow, Process Builder), ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Experience with ETL/middleware tools and secure API integrations
  • Strong command of Salesforce security architecture, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and compliance frameworks
Desirable Qualifications and Core Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce design, development, and maintenance across the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, and implementation. Responsibilities may include developing new Salesforce applications and customizations, enhancing existing solutions, conducting testing, building prototypes, and preparing technical documentation and user manuals related to Salesforce application development.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience, including complex public sector implementations

  • Experience in handling user interface automation elements such as image recognition, and screen scraping for automation. Proficient in handling structured/unstructured data, parsing PDFs, and integrating with databases.
  • Experience in leveraging AI/ML models within RPA for intelligent automation.
  • Knowledge of unit testing, performance testing, and debugging with Leapwork to ensure efficiency and reliability
  • Knowledge of business process analysis to conduct process modeling, optimization, and reengineering to identify automation opportunities.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrating RPA processes with API services and integrating RPA processes with business applications such as ERP (SAP), CRM, Salesforce etc.
  • Proficiency with C# or Python for automation scripting and familiarity with SQL for interacting with databases
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and develop automation solutions.
  • Experience with UiPath desirable
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools
