Job description

Duties:
  • Lead development and implementation of Data Sciences products and analysis in product team, focus on the US but also supporting the broad organization.
  • Design and build models using different algorithms and statical methods, to be used in an ensemble, following industry best practices.
  • Be co-responsible on the design and the execution of retrospective observational studies for Medical & Scientific Affairs, Product Strategy & Development and Health Economics and Outcomes Research, using in-house and/or external RWD.
  • Evaluate new data sources and research methods.
  • Independently analyze secondary data, including insurance claims, electronic medical record, patient survey, and disease registry.
  • Support the development of research protocol and statistical analysis plan.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate analytical methodology (e.g., propensity score matching, regression analysis) for RWD studies. Support a quality check overview.
  • Collaborate to in-house program library (e.g., Medical Data Assets) and maintenance.
  • When assigned, represent Real World Evidence Team in internal and/or external cross-functional, strategic planning and/or other programs on innovative methodology or technology.
  • Build strong partnerships and opportunities to collaborate and innovate with varying stakeholders across the customer organization in support of their products, programs, processes, systems, and/or compliance.
  • Perform multiple forms of advanced analyses, sustainment, optimization, text analytics, machine learning, deep learning, distributed training/inferencing, federated learning, online ML, train large language model in enterprise infrastructure, parametric and non-parametric statistical models, and techniques.
  • Leverage medical biomarkers to create early disease signal prediction model catalog, including diseases like Alzheimer's, Oncology and diabetes.
  • Perform MLOps activities including Build, test, validate and demonstrate analytical models through various relevant error metrics and calibration techniques.
  • Experience in tools like Kafka, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Tensorflow, Pytorch, NLP, Computer Vision, ONNX, Python.

Requirement: Applicants must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Pay Scale $182,000 to $185,000 per yr., plus standard benefits.
