As a high-growth firm, Wilson Engineers offers the opportunity to work on impactful and technically challenging projects alongside a talented and passionate team. We are seeking an experienced CAD Drafter to join our team in our Tempe, Arizona office
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop, maintain, and revise structural, mechanical, civil, and electrical design plans for water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, treatment plants, and water storage facilities.
  • Apply strong spatial visualization and 3D modeling skills to produce accurate, constructible engineering designs. 
  •  Manage multiple design assignments in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines. 
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers and project teams, using strong written and verbal communication skills to support successful project delivery.



  • Qualified candidates will have CAD related Associate's Degree (preferred), OR equivalent work experience as a CAD Drafter/Technician
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD (version 2010 or higher)
  • Proficiency with REVIT 
  • Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Possess strong organizational skills
