Job description

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading environmental oilfield waste management provider, R360 has the resources to offer superior reliability and results to customers across the country.

We currently have a position available for a Receiver/Admin at ourBuchanan Facility, located in Midland, TX.

In this position you will be the first point of contact for the Drivers. While providing excellent customer service you will be doing basic data entry and computer work.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good computer skills, be very organized, and have excellent customer service skills.

This is a full time position, offering great family benefits, such as 401k, paid vacation and health insurance. This will be a14 days on7 days off rotation schedule, from 7am to 7pm. When on Night Shift it will be 7pm to 7am.

Pay Range: $20-$24/hr. DOE

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Check in all visitors

  • Receive paperwork/manifest

  • Review information and make sure everything is filled out

  • Look to verify information from state website

  • Input the information into the database

  • Direct the Driver to the next spot

  • Keep up with the Volume Report

  • Answer the phones

  • Perform allotherduties andtasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • The ability to type and 10 key by touch

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
