Title Customer service/Admin assistant.

Flexible hours 24+ can be full time

Communicate with customers, prepare quotes, process purchase orders, enter data into manufacturing system, track orders in process, prepare reports as needed for customer contracts.

Assist CEO, with office functions

Skills: Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.

Ability to learn technical terms.

Computer suite: Word, Excel, Email,

Basic accounting, for data entry and order processing.

Requirements:

Must be USA citizen.
