Job Summary
  • Seeking Data Scientist to assess and analyze large-scale datasets and develop advanced analytical solutions using machine learning, statistical modeling, automation, and data visualization
  • The successful candidate will support discovery-focused mission needs and be adaptable to new tools and technologies
Primary Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess large-scale datasets
  • Develop data models and apply computational mathematics techniques
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Develop data visualizations and analytical products
  • Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models
  • Perform advanced statistical and predictive modeling
  • Process large datasets using platforms such as Spark and cloud-based data environments
  • Provide advanced discovery support using machine learning and analytical prototyping
  • Develop scripts and automated analytical workflows
  • Apply statistical analysis and TechSIGINT tools to support mission requirements
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies as mission needs evolve
Required Qualifications
  • Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 5 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
  • Demonstrated AI/ML experience
  • Experience working with large-scale datasetsExperience with data modeling and computational mathematics
  • Strong statistical and predictive modeling skills
  • Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models
  • Experience with scripting and automation
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Spark
  • Experience with cloud data platforms
  • Experience with analytical prototyping
  • TechSIGINT experience
  • Prior discovery-focused analytical experience

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidateโ€™s experience and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is:

105,000 - 140,000 USD per year (Ft. Meade MD)
