Well-Established Construction Equipment Rental Company

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Mobile Service Technician to maintain and repair our fleet of construction equipment. This is a field position with a company known for quality equipment, outstanding customer service, and a strong reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair construction rental equipment at customer job sites and in the field
  • Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections
  • Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and drivetrains
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Maintain a safe and organized service truck

Qualifications

  • Experience repairing construction or heavy equipment
  • Strong knowledge of diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to diagnose equipment problems independently
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions

Company Description

Washington Air Compressor Rental Co. is an 95 year old family owned business whose core business is renting and selling construction equipment. Washington Air Compressor is looking for a self-starter, highly motivated person who can work independently while maintaining the team environment in a competitive market. The successful applicant must have a desire to succeed, strong relationship building techniques and closing skills. Must be able to sell value, yourself and have consulting skills to overcome price objections. Be highly trainable and have a minimum of 10 years of experience. Computer skills are essential. Knowledge of construction equipment, durable goods, heavy machinery, building products or any other mechanical products is helpful but not required.

Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00PM
