Are you an experienced Equipment Technician with a background in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical systems, or industrial maintenance? We are seeking a skilled technician to support critical manufacturing equipment in a clean, high-tech production environment. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and refrigeration systems, and help maintain equipment that supports precision manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility support systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic, mechanical, and process equipment.
  • Inspect equipment to identify potential issues before they impact production.
  • Perform equipment calibrations, adjustments, and routine servicing.
  • Support installation, startup, and testing of new equipment.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance records.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical certification, vocational training, or Associate degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum one year of experience maintaining industrial equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, or manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or refrigeration systems preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is a plus.
  • EPA Refrigerant Certification is a plus but not required.
Skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration principles.
  • Ability to read equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.
