Impact Compounding Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time role supporting both our administrative operations and compounding department. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a specialized pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Position Overview:

This role includes a combination of administrative responsibilities and hands-on support in the compounding lab. You will assist workflow, filling prescriptions and patient communication under the supervision of a pharmacist. You will also be cross-trained in our non-sterile compounding lab.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacy staff with daily workflow
  • Communicate with patients regarding prescriptions and followups
  • Support operations within the compounding department
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and compliance in all tasks
  • Crosstrain in multiple areas of the pharmacy
  • Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy technician certification preferred
  • Compounding experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be willing to become certified within one year if not currently certified
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
