Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Compounding Operator to produce batches of coatings and paints. You will follow Batch Tickets to ensure products meet both customer and company specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Produce batches of coatings and paints according to specifications.
  • Follow Batch Tickets meticulously to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Utilize chemical mixing and blending skills to achieve desired product outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with GMP standards.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in batching, blending, or manufacturing with liquid-based products.
  • Proficiency in chemical mixing and compounding.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and batch records.
  • Ability to read and follow Batch Tickets accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Positive attendance record.
Work Environment

This role offers multiple openings primarily on the 3rd shift, with a possible opening on the 2nd shift. The 2nd Shift operates from Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the 3rd Shift from Monday to Friday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Initial training will occur from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for one week across all shifts. The position provides opportunities for over 40 hours of work per week, with overtime available on a voluntary basis. Some team members choose to work up to 80 hours a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
