Location:

  • Phoenix, AZ (Arcadia area)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Role Overview:As the managing pharmacist, you will oversee pharmacy operations, guide a small, skilled team, and ensure the highest standards in compounding, workflow, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will foster strong patient and prescriber relationships while promoting business growth and operational excellence. You may also serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge, with opportunities to influence the pharmacy’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise pharmacy staff including one compounding technician and one retail technician
  • Manage all aspects of compounding and dispensing processes
