Position Overview
Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of PEO with Comploy? As a full-time Sales Executive located in vibrant Denver, CO, you'll be at the forefront of transforming businesses and building relationships that matter. You'll drive new business by owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Identify leads, deliver engaging demos, and close deals with confidence - all while building real relationships with prospects and clients to understand their unique HR goals and challenges. You'll be a true product expert, translating our technical value into meaningful business outcomes. Collaborate closely with our operations, customer success, and product teams, turning valuable insights into actionable wins. Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead identification, discovery, demo delivery, and deal execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, developing a deep understanding of their goals and business challenges
  • Serve as a product expert, translating Comploy's technical value into compelling, client-relevant business outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and product teams to convert insights into wins
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, leveraging CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with prospects
  • High energy, high integrity, and a no-excuses mindset - motivated and resilient in the face of ambiguity
  • CRM savvy with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic sales pipeline
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for growth-stage scrappiness in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
