We deliver turnkey solutions in Design/Installation, Service, and Preventative Maintenance for world-class mechanical systems across the Food & Beverage, Cold Storage, Pharmaceutical, Educational, Healthcare, and Process industries.


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager of Compliance to oversee all aspects of New System Projects from turnover through closeout. This role is ideal for a mechanically strong, detail-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results for customers.

Nationwide Travel Required


You will manage new system projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, safety, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:


Project Leadership & Coordination
  • Guide customers through the transition from Sales to Project Management. “The Project Manager is to work with the Sales Team when obtaining a new job and guide the customer from the transition of the Sales Manager to the Project Manager.”
  • Create, maintain, and present detailed project schedules and milestones.
  • Lead kickoff meetings and maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers on submittals and closeout documentation.
Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Collaborate with Engineering for project buy-out. “Collaborate with the Engineering Department for project buy out.”
  • Manage jobsite foreman relationships to ensure accurate cost-to-complete forecasting.
  • Issue monthly invoices and complete monthly financial forecasts.
  • Review job costs and vendor invoices biweekly.
Field & Compliance Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors along critical paths.
  • Monitor jobsite safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Adhere to IIAR rules, regulations, and piping standards.
  • Attend weekly customer/GC meetings and manpower meetings.
  • Support the transition of new projects into ongoing Preventive Maintenance Agreements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in Ammonia Refrigeration.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and trade skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and leading project teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide.

This position is primarily field-based and may involve exposure to loud environments, moving mechanical parts, outdoor conditions, and occasional extreme temperatures. Travel is required for approximately one-third of the time.
