Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Task Orders under the Odyssey (GEOINT Mod/Sim/Analysis) contract. Responsibilities include monitoring program performance, managing schedules and milestones, leading integrated product teams, coordinating with functional offices, supporting proposal efforts, and managing reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience leading development programs with crossfunctional teams. Program Managers must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and teambuilding skills by fostering trust, collaborating effectively, and providing clear updates to customers and senior leadership.

Essential Functions:

Manage and drive key performance indicators across cost, schedule, and technical performance
Oversee Task Order schedules, milestone completion, reporting requirements, and CDRL submissions
Support staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel coordination, including StaffIt updates and hiring action collaboration
Present program cost, schedule, and technical performance data to portfolio leaders, Business Area leadership, and customers
Support program strategy and growth initiatives, capture activities, and technology roadmap and investment planning
Manage budgets and financial execution for assigned Task Orders
Ensure compliance with specifications, requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce schedules, lower costs, and increase quality
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, maintain strong awareness of customer mission needs, and deliver clear briefings to senior leadership
Foster an inclusive, engaged team culture to ensure high performance, quality deliverables, efficient execution, and retention of key personnel

Qualifications:

Current Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience managing program risks, opportunities, and leading change management efforts
Experience supporting programs within DoD or Intelligence Community environments
Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders as well as brief senior leaders and customers
Ability to manage and analyze budgets on cost plus and fixed price programs
Familiarity with Earned Value Management concepts
Knowledge of GEOINT imagery modeling and simulation along with experience leading software development efforts
Ability to travel up to 20% for program support

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virginia - Greater D.C. area is $106,500-$197,500. The salary range for this role in New York state is $92,500-$171,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
