RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Program Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Analyst to support the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of regulatory compliance and audit management programs. This individual will lead data organization, business intelligence, process automation, evidence management, and project coordination efforts supporting regulatory compliance and operational excellence initiatives.
The successful candidate will help establish and mature a centralized compliance management program by organizing large volumes of regulatory, operational, engineering, and safety documentation; Developing dashboards and reporting solutions; Tracking audit requests and corrective actions; And driving projects to completion across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain centralized repositories for regulatory, operational, engineering, and audit-related data using SharePoint and other enterprise platforms
* Create Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights into regulatory compliance, operational performance, audit readiness, and program execution
* Perform data analysis, database querying, data validation, and reporting automation across multiple business systems and data sources
* Design, develop, and optimize automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort
* Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to automate data collection, document analysis, trend identification, and reporting activities
* Support development of digital solutions that improve document management, records retention, evidence tracking, and information governance
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of Business Analysis, Compliance Program Management, Audit Management, or Project Management experience
* Advanced Power BI development and data modeling experience
* Strong SharePoint administration and solution design experience
* SQL, database querying, and data analysis experience
* Experience developing data-driven business solutions, dashboards, workflow automation, or program management tools
* Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), AI-enabled workflow solutions, or similar technologies preferred
* Utility, energy, environmental, safety, reliability, or regulatory compliance background preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
