Job Description
Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services (EPS) is seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented Executive Protection Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate executive protection operations for clients across the globe.
This is more than a traditional operations role. You'll serve as the operational hub behind complex executive protection missions, managing projects that support Fortune 500 executives, corporate leadership, and high-profile clients. From secure transportation and close protection to international travel support and real-time operational coordination, you'll ensure every assignment is executed with precision, professionalism, and discretion.

Overnight Schedule
This position follows a fixed overnight schedule, providing consistency and an excellent work-life balance for an operations role.
Schedule:
  • Wednesday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
  • Sunday - Tuesday: Off

Enjoy three consecutive days off every week on a predictable schedule.
The Overnight Operations Manager will primarily work independently, overseeing executive protection operations and responding to time-sensitive client requests during overnight hours. The only scheduled overlap occurs on Wednesdays, when both Overnight Operations Managers are in the office together to ensure seamless shift transitions, collaboration, and operational continuity.
What You'll Do
As an Executive Protection Operations Manager, you'll manage multiple high-priority projects while providing around-the-clock operational support as part of our Global Special Services Operations Center. Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as Project Manager for domestic and international executive protection assignments
  • Coordinate executive protection teams, secure transportation, travel support, and surveillance detection operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Develop and standardize operational procedures and best practices
  • Utilize technology platforms to monitor personnel, manage deployments, and support client operations in real time
  • Work directly with client executives and internal stakeholders to develop operational solutions
  • Assist in planning and executing global executive protection operations
  • Coordinate with global vendors and expand strategic partnerships
  • Partner with client stakeholders, company leadership, and legal teams to develop and manage contracts
  • Manage project documentation, vendor invoices, quotations, receipts, and operational reporting to support accurate client billing
  • Assist with general company administration and operational support
  • Contribute to the development of Executive Protection training standards and operational readiness
  • Maintain required professional standards, licenses, and certifications
  • Participate in a rotating Duty Manager schedule, providing real-time operational oversight and client communication
  • Occasional travel may be required to support field operations
