Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Property Accountant specialised in Multifamily Property Management to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth within our portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial activities related to multifamily assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
  • Oversee budgeting processes, forecast financial performance, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability across multifamily properties.
  • Manage treasury functions such as cash flow analysis, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations to ensure liquidity and fiscal stability.
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies related to financial operations, regulatory compliance, and market fluctuations.
