Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Reviews and analyzes, in an accurate and timely manner, a variety of complex financial reports throughout the month.

2. Interprets and analyzes the results as shown on the financial statement.

3. Forecasts and prepares profit projection for the dealership on a yearly and monthly basis.

4. Conducts and maintains confidential discussions and negotiations with the dealer, factory, bank, vendors and other managers.

5. Understands complex management and financial strategies then creates action plans and implements appropriately to dealership's profit center requirements.

6. Provides enthusiastic leadership to management team and employee population to create and maintain harmonious and cooperative working relationships.

7. Develops and ensures implementation of appropriate human resources and training directions for all departments.
