We are a well-established property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. Currently, we are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Manager for our 35-unit apartment complex located in Davis, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment complex
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues
  • Lease enforcement and tenant relations
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
