HCSC linen services is an innovative provider of textile programs and services to the healthcare community. Our services directly impact the health and safety of the patients by providing healthcare facilities with top-quality linen services. We sort, process, and deliver linen for every healthcare need.

The 2nd shift Production Supervisor position in our Kingston, PA facility supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees. The anticipated salary range starts at $53,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offer the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

  • Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
  • Communicates production issues to management
  • Supervises, orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Union environment experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
  • A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be based out of Kingston, PA.

This position will work mainly 2nd shift, with core hours of 4:00 pm - 1am.
