Salary - $130-150k (DOE)

Seeking an executive chef with experience running a high volume, multi-unit mountain resort. 
 
Qualifications
  • minimum 4 years managing a high volume hotel, resort, or entertainment complex (~$20M revenue)
  • comfortable with a variety of cuisines and understands the need to adjust depending on seasonal guest demographics
  • skilled with establishing organization (processes, SOPs) and maintaining that structure
 
Responsibilities
