The function of the Associate Director of Financial Aid is to support the Director. This is accomplished through:Overseeing student financingConducting initial overview with studentReviewing and following-up on student packagingConducting financial aid review with studentMonitoring and tracking financial aid packagesThe Associate Director of Financial Aid must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.The Associate Director of Financial Aid must also have:3-5 years experience as a Financial Aid officer / representativeKnowledge of Federal & State Grant / loan programsExperience with Return to Title IV calculationsHands on knowledge of crossover funding issuesManagerial experienceManaging team performance
