Bonus paid in two installments for successfully hired candidates.
Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide daily support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, helping them live independently, safely, and meaningfully in their communities. This is a rewarding entry-level healthcare and human services role with paid training and growth opportunities-no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household routines

  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication support according to training and care plans

  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, work, errands, and community activities

  • Encourage independence, social engagement, hobbies, and personal interests

  • Support individuals in learning life skills, job skills, and community participation

  • Complete habilitation activities and required documentation accurately and on time

  • Follow all health, safety, behavioral, and individual support plans

Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

  • Reliable vehicle for transportation during shifts

  • Ability to pass required background checks

  • Ability to complete job-related training and certifications

  • No degree or prior experience required. Paid training is provided.

Hiring Bonus Details
• $200 paid after 3 months of employment and all training completed
• $400 paid after 6 months of employment
Schedule and Location
  • Part-time and Full-time positions available

  • Available shifts include: 4 part-time positions and 2 full-time positions (one weekend shift mandatory).
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., 11 pm to 7 am

  • Work occurs in residential homes and community-based settings

Pay and Compensation
  • Hourly pay range $16.00 to $17.00 per hour

  • Shift differentials may apply based on schedule and coverage needs
