Job description

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to provide High Performance Computing (HPC) services in the form of enhanced HPC sustainment capabilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Capabilities will  include Multi-vendor HPC servers, clusters, and SPD servers.
  • Systems running Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE, and custom vendor-specific operating systems and system tools, this also includes storage dedicated and shared over InfiniBand and Ethernet.
  • Capabilities also include High speed shared parallel storage utilizes LUSTRE or GPFS to provide performant shared storage solution between two or more HPCs.
  • An Interconnect service integrates HPC systems with a dedicated high-speed network connecting several storage appliances to dedicated HPC LNETs
  • Provide customer support for HPC software to enable High Performance​​​​​​​Computers to continue to run in operations, and support the range of UNIX, LINUX, Windows Systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required in support of the mission

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor of Science in technical discipline. Additional five years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least six (6) years’ demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment in addition to related degree or 11 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required.
  • TS/SCI with FSP required. Most recent poly in the last 7 years required.
  • Proficient with the following (as specific position requires):
  • Linux Shell scripting       
  • Object Oriented Programming Language (C, C++, Java)
  • Python Programming
  • GCC compiler
  • Multi-threaded software
  • Parallel processing
  • CORBA, J2EE
  • Perl or JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools
  • Structured troubleshooting skills
