Specific Job Identification:
  • Develop and maintain updated all the documents related to SQF system. This includes elaborate, review and control procedures like SOP, HACCP, Food Safety Manual, traceability manuals, and others.
  • Maintain documentation and records required for compliance programs, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, QA) to ensure compliance is integrated into daily operations.
  • This position is responsible to assure responsibilities of verification of procedures related to food safety systems to follow monitoring, control and verifications programs.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plant areas to verify compliance with food safety standards and report deviations.
  • Support in training activities by preparing materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
  • Onboarding of new personnel, including training and walk-through.
  • Support other areas like HR, safety and others in records and attention to incidents in the processing plant.
