Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage, Hire, Train and Coach a multicultural team of BDRs working with latest technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Nooks).
  • Work closely with AVP Sales leaders to define the best Go-To-Market Strategy.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to build creative and efficient campaigns or events to address C-Levels Decision Makers.
  • Ensure team continuous improvement by implementing best practices.
  • Monitor weekly team activity with Salesforce dashboard and propose action plan.
  • Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new BDRs.
  • Ensure BDRs have a development plan in place.

What you’ll bring :

  • 7+ years’ experience in the IT or Business Software industry (SAAS Marketing, CRM, Finance or HR software).
  • 5+ years ‘experience successfully building, managing, coaching and developing a business development team.
  • Proven track record addressing C-Levels in Large Accounts.
  • Number-driven and result-oriented.
  • Full proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Degree Preferred.
