Your Opportunity

As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will play a strategic role in strengthening our firm's ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract top consulting talent across Canada. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders, you will focus on market mapping, talent intelligence, and building high-quality pipelines of passive talent to support both immediate hiring needs and future growth.

This is a new opportunity designed for an experienced sourcing professional who thrives in a consultative environment and brings a strategic lens to identifying talent in competitive markets. You will combine research, data, and industry insights to inform sourcing strategies and strengthen the firm's overall talent acquisition capability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Mapping & Pipeline Development

  • Conduct targeted market mapping to identify key talent segments, competitor organizations, and emerging talent pools aligned to priority hiring areas
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of high-caliber candidates across specialized consulting and technical capabilities
  • Develop long-term talent communities to support strategic workforce planning and future hiring needs

Proactive Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Lead outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, research tools, and industry communities
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to attract niche skillsets and difficult-to-fill profiles
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective candidates to position the firm as an employer of choice

Business & Talent Acquisition Partnership

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to align on talent priorities, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring activity, and compensation benchmarks to support hiring decisions
  • Support the development of referral strategies and leverage internal networks to expand talent pipelines

Talent Intelligence & Data-Driven Insights

  • Track pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and candidate engagement metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies
  • Leverage talent data and external market insights to inform hiring strategies and talent planning discussions
  • Maintain high-quality talent pools and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools

Talent Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the firm professionally through candidate engagement and online presence
  • Deliver thoughtful, personalized outreach that strengthens our reputation within the talent market
  • Contribute to enhancing the firm's employer brand through consistent and high-quality candidate interactions

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, or talent intelligence, ideally within professional services, consulting, or other knowledge-based industries
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong expertise with advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence platforms
  • Experience conducting market mapping and translating talent insights into actionable sourcing strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with recruiters and business leaders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and sourcing performance data
  • Curiosity and adaptability with emerging sourcing technologies, tools, and market trends
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
