Description
CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small mission-focused business that provides professional solutions in the areas of intelligence, financial management, linguistics and administrative functions.
CLOVEHITCH is seeking an Intelligence Solutions Integrator to lead integration of intelligence data and systems, supporting bilateral/multilateral information sharing. This individual will manage team tasks, draft SOPs, and deliver briefings, requiring experience in intelligence data governance, architecture, and working with partner organizations. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a small team while delivering intelligence data architecture and information-sharing solutions with bilateral and multilateral foreign partner organizations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate access, identification, discovery, integration, and dissemination of relevant intelligence reporting.
  • Synchronize Army G-2, Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs), Combatant Commands (COCOMs), and Intelligence Community (IC) data-related efforts within a specified theater of operation.
  • Support combined/joint theater operations and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) by deconflicting bilateral and multilateral intelligence data requirements.
  • Enhance understanding of multinational theater C2ISR architecture.
  • Enable rapid dissemination of releasable intelligence reporting to appropriate Unified Action Partners.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Four years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  • Four years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
  • Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
  • Minimum eight years of experience related to the position with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.
  • Demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last two years.
  • Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.

Education and Other Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in an area related to the position from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Educations. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with an associate degree and at least seven years of experience in an intelligence discipline, or qualify with a high school degree and at least nine years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
  • Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens who have an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
