In this high-impact role, you'll blend clinical insight with marketing expertise to develop go-to-market strategies, manage cross-functional projects, and bring differentiated value to surgeons and patients alike. This is a hybrid role based out of our Bloomington, MN location.
What you will do
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business objectives and support strategic plans, product launches, and portfolio growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, understand competitor positioning, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Build deep customer insights by understanding customer needs, buying behaviors, satisfaction trends, and value drivers to strengthen engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing Communications, and Marketing Intelligence to develop sales tools, communication strategies, and customer insights.
  • Support product lifecycle management through pricing analysis, obsolescence planning, business case development, and clinical evidence generation.
  • Monitor business performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing results, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Communicate product value effectively by translating clinical and technical knowledge into compelling value propositions for customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by establishing team goals, supporting strategic initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance product performance and commercial success.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or medical device sales

  • US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
