In this role, you will serve as a trusted source of insight on market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, industry developments, and growth opportunities. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, Innovation, Strategy, Finance, and regional leadership teams to help the business understand where markets are headed, how customer needs are evolving, and where Henkel can create sustainable competitive advantage.

    • Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, competitive activity, customer needs, and growth opportunities across North America and Latin America.
    • Assess market size, growth rates, and emerging opportunities by category, application, geography, and customer segment.
    • Track competitor strategies, product launches, investments, pricing trends, acquisitions, market positioning, and go-to-market activities.
    • Conduct primary and secondary research using internal data, syndicated research, customer input, external sources, and market intelligence platforms.
    • Translate market, customer, competitive, and commercial insights into clear recommendations for strategy, portfolio, innovation, and business growth.
    • Support annual strategic planning, portfolio reviews, market entry analysis, innovation prioritization, and selected M&A or partnership discussions.
    • Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries that simplify complex information for business audiences.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Innovation, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional Leadership teams.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying market opportunities and potential risks.
    • Foster a data-driven culture by helping teams understand and leverage market insights in decision-making.

    • Experience conducting market sizing, growth rate analysis, and market opportunity assessments to support strategic and commercial decisions.
    • Experience supporting B2B industrial markets, consumer goods, manufacturing, chemicals, materials, specialty products, or related industries.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
    • Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
    • Proficiency with market research methodologies, competitive analysis, syndicated data, and business intelligence tools.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • Experience working across multiple countries, regions, or cultures.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Experience in specialty chemicals, adhesives, coatings, polymers, packaging, construction materials, or related manufacturing industries.
    • Experience supporting both consumer and industrial market segments.
    • Familiarity with market intelligence, data visualization and CRM platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar tools.
    • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The salary rangefor this role is $110,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
