About the Role: We seek a strategic Business Development SME to accelerate Vosyn's growth by driving critical market expansion and investor engagement. The ideal candidate will transform our AI-driven multilingual solutions into a market-leading platform through sophisticated fundraising and partnership strategies. You will be the pivotal force connecting our technological innovation with strategic capital opportunities, positioning Vosyn at the forefront of AI ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities:

      Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to support the overall business objectives.

      Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities based on a rigorous assessment of market trends, competitive landscape, and potential partner capabilities.

      Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership environment.

      Oversee the execution and management of strategic partnerships, ensuring they deliver on objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), while working closely with the outreach team on joint initiatives.

      Collaborate closely with the research and investor relations teams to align on messaging, identify potential synergies, and support investor outreach efforts.

      Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing regular updates to senior management and identifying areas for optimization and growth.

      Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of interns, delegating tasks effectively, fostering their professional development in partnership development best practices, and ensuring their contributions align with the overall strategy.

      About You

      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

      Experience in partnership development, strategic alliances, or corporate strategy is a bonus.

      Strong track record of developing and managing high-impact partnerships.

      Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

      Ability to analyze market trends and identify partnership opportunities.
