The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of direct experience supporting competitive federal proposals, including cost strategy development, compliance reviews, and pricing analytics across multiple mission and business domains.   What you will do:
  • Review and validate cost and price proposal inputs for compliance with FAR, CAS, and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements.
  • Analyze solicitations and identify pricing requirements, assumptions, and risks.
  • Collaborate with capture, proposal, contracts, finance, and program teams throughout the proposal lifecycle.
  • Conduct price-to-win, competitive analysis, and historical pricing reviews.
  • Support pre-award discussions, negotiations, and pricing justifications.
  • Develop pricing models, cost volumes, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to Truthful Cost or Pricing Data requirements and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and present pricing strategies and analyses to leadership.
  • Support multiple concurrent proposals in a fast-paced environment.

What you will bring: 
  • 5+ years of experience in federal government pricing or cost analysis.
  • Experience with FAR, CAS, and federal procurement regulations.
  • Experience pricing multiple contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and present pricing strategies and briefings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
  • U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a security clearance.  

How you will wow us:
  • Experience with GSA FSS/MAS pricing.
  • Experience supporting large IDIQ or GWAC bids.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $100,000 - $125,000
