NIghtwing is seeking a Product Owner who will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Define, develop, and manage the product roadmap.
* Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, and strategic goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
* Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and new features.
* Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and team members.
* Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact product delivery. Qualifications and Skills: * Must have 14 years of related experience
* Must have 5 years' experience supporting the mission
* An additional 6 years' experience can be substituted with a Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience can substituted with an Associate's degree.
* A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years additional related work experience maybe substituted for a Master's degree.
* TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate customer needs and business goals into technical requirements.
* Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis. The salary associated with this position $122,000-$253,000 is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
