We are expanding into the Silver Spring, MD market and are looking for a bilingual Lead RBT to join our growing team and serve as a bridge between our clinical staff and the Spanish-speaking families we are proud to support. The Role We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to step into a Lead RBT role at our Silver Spring center.
In addition to delivering direct therapy to clients, you will serve as a senior resource on the floor - supporting fellow RBTs, helping maintain program consistency, and playing a critical role in communicating with Spanish-speaking families. Fluency in Spanish is a firm requirement for this position. What You'll Do Deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a center-based setting under the supervision of the BCBA Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity and consistency Collect accurate session data and communicate progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA Serve as a senior resource on the floor - support and mentor fellow RBTs on protocols, documentation, and best practices Act as a primary point of communication for Spanish-speaking families - translate program updates, parent training materials, and day-to-day communications as needed Assist the BCBA with parent training sessions for Spanish-speaking caregivers Help maintain a structured, positive, and safe center environment for clients and staff Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews Support onboarding of new RBTs and help maintain fidelity across the team What You Bring Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB - required Fluency in Spanish and English - this is a firm requirement, not a preference Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT in a center-based ABA setting Demonstrated ability to implement ABA programs with fidelity and collect clean, reliable data Natural leadership presence - comfortable guiding peers and stepping up on the floor Warm, family-facing communication style in both English and Spanish Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently for clients and team What We Offer Competitive pay commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off and paid holidays Supervision hours and a supported pathway toward BCBA certification for qualified candidates Career growth within a rapidly expanding national organization We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
