To thrive as a Competitor, you need a strong foundation in the relevant sport or field, including technical proficiency and strategic understanding, often supported by formal training or certification. Mastery of specialized equipment, adherence to competition rules, and use of performance analysis tools are typical requirements. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams is crucial, as is the ability to communicate findings clearly to support strategic decision-making. Adapting quickly to changing market dynamics and ensuring confidentiality are also key aspects of the role.
