Having achieved record growth and acquisitions of projects north of $1B+ an opportunity now exists for a Project Manager within the Data Center Market in Atlanta, GA.


This organisation is expanding its mission-critical footprint & allows PM's real-decision making authority & Direct client visibility forming relationships that extend beyond just reporting metrics.


Responsibilities include leading projects from preconstruction through to close out, manage schedules & co-ordinate with owners and internal teams, provide leadership to project teams navigating technical & logistical complexity with confidence.


Qualifications:

5+ years experience in project management with a leading GC

Experience delivering commercial construction projects

Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion

Local or regional experience in the Atlanta market preferred
