Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.


We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join an innovative Emerging Technology team working on cutting-edge initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to support highly confidential, forward-thinking projects.


In this position, you will act as the right hand to the Program Manager, playing a critical role in keeping projects organized, on track, and well-documented. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning coordination, communication, and execution across complex initiatives.


Duties:

  • Partner closely with the Program Manager to support day-to-day project execution
  • Own and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track and update project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and progress
  • Assist in gathering and documenting technical requirements
  • Support project reporting and status updates for stakeholders
  • Leverage tools and emerging technologies (including AI tools) to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Help establish and refine project coordination processes within a growing team


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience owning project schedules, risk tracking, and documentation
  • Ability to write or contribute to technical requirements documentation
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $98,000-129,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
