Leidos' Open Air Sensors Division is seeking a Program Integrator to join our Low Band Surveillance (LBS) team in Huntsville, AL. Can The LBS program is a large and complex radar system that requires a diverse engineering and manufacturing skillset to properly execute. The Program Integrator will provide support to the Program Manager in meeting the mission commitments to the customer and the financial commitments to the Division. Management of the integrated master schedule, identifying and mitigating risk and opportunities, ensuring timely completion of program deliverables. The selected candidate will have P&L reporting and forecasting responsibility and will assist in preparing briefings to both division and business area leadership on program performance. The position requires strong communication skills, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and demonstrated experience exhibiting good judgement. Some travel for meetings and test events will be required.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role the Program Integrator will:

  • Support the Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Business Operations Manager with all tasks needed to make decisions about the execution of program resources, planning and implementation.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing program operations including:

  • Supply Chain and Procurement actions

  • Earned Value Management

  • Lead in preparing and executing internal and external program meetings and briefings

  • Performance Execution in alignment with Leidos processes

  • Execution of Risk and Opportunity Management alongside Integrated Product Team Leads

  • Assist in managing the Program Office budget and resource management across contracts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree plus 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Cost estimating and Budget management

  • Candidate must have strong personal organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work on as well as manage a team.

  • Proven leadership skills including working in a team environment, fostering communication, listening to teammate concerns and reconciling internal issues or differences

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.

  • Must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area

  • Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

  • Experience and/or working knowledge of:

    • Materials management within Deltek Costpoint.

    • Labor and material cost analyses from large Excel data sets.

    • Subcontract management includes creating SOW, and managing technical, schedule and budget for both large and small subcontractors.

    • Proposal management including identifying key partners, developing statements of work for subcontracts, planning and writing proposal responses.
