Job description

At Senra Systems, we believe that the future of manufacturing lies not in automation, but in configuration.  

We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple key customers. Overseeing the execution of orders from PO acceptance to delivery. This role requires managing customer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring program deliverables are met on time. 

What you'll own:

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, ensuring all stakeholders are in alignment with order requirements
  • Manage the full program lifecycle, from contract acceptance to delivery
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance to ensure on-time delivery
  • Develop and maintain program schedules
  • Track and report program status to customers
  • Work with customers on improving our supplier score cards
  • Support estimating with proposal development for new and follow-on business opportunities
  • Manage change orders & scope adjustments  
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and future business growth

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (10+ industry experience acceptable in lieu of degree).
  • Minimum 5 years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of wire harness/cable assembly manufacturing processes and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and customers simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems for program tracking and reporting.
  • Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and aerospace electrical requirements.
  • Previous experience handling multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Compensation: 

  • Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. 
  • Salary Range: $110,000-$160,000
