TRC Talent Solutions is hiring for a Compensation Analyst that plays a critical role in supporting the organization's compensation programs by ensuring pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable regulations! Our client hiring for this role is a leading energy infrastructure organization committed to safety and reliability!

Responsibilities:
Develop, analyze, and administer compensation policies and programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct job evaluations using established methodologies to determine appropriate job classifications and salary ranges.
Compile, analyze, and interpret compensation data, market surveys, and benchmarking information to make informed compensation recommendations.
Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to provide guidance on pay practices, salary administration, and incentive compensation programs.
Support the development and implementation of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments.
Monitor compensation trends and industry best practices to maintain competitive compensation strategies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
Prepare compensation reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of compensation evaluations, recommendations, and decisions to support audits and compliance requirements.
Assist with the design, communication, and administration of compensation and reward programs.
Evaluate the financial impact of compensation-related decisions and collaborate with Finance to support workforce planning initiatives.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

Experience in compensation analysis, total rewards, human resources, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience analyzing compensation data and supporting compensation program administration.
Experience conducting salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analyses preferred.
Advanced proficiency with compensation tools, methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
