Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our practice group, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal counsel to clients in workers' compensation cases
• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of cases to develop effective strategies
• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including hearings and trials
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation law
• Jurisdiction in Georgia (bar passage required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
