This long-term collaboration reflects a bold vision to align and strengthen services across UK's campus, healthcare system, and athletics programs. By bringing together foodservice, hospitality, facilities management, healthcare support, and athletics operations, we are building a more connected and dynamic environment that enhances the experience for students, staff, student-athletes, patients, fans, and the broader community.

Qualifications
   3+ years of hospitality, premium operations, or food and beverage management experience 
   Experience managing teams in high-volume sports and entertainment environments 
   Knowledge of premium hospitality and VIP guest service standards 
   Proficiency with point-of-sale and scheduling systems 
   Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards 
   Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds 
   Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules 
   Experience with staff scheduling, inventory management, and event coordination 

Key Responsibilities
   Oversee premium hospitality operations across suites, clubs, and VIP spaces 
   Supervise premium service staff during event setup, execution, and breakdown 
   Ensure all food and beverage presentations meet Levy service standards 
   Coordinate staffing levels and operational assignments for events 
   Resolve guest concerns and maintain elevated guest satisfaction standards 
   Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to purchasing teams 
   Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies 
   Partner with culinary and operations leadership to execute premium experiences 
   Train and mentor team members on service procedures and operational expectations 
   Maintain accurate operational reports, event documentation, and compliance records
