Job Summary

Seeking an energetic and experienced pediatric dietitian with a passion for outpatient nutrition counseling to provide services to multiple outpatient clinics and specialties.  The ideal candidate will have a focus in general pediatric nutrition, pediatric endocrinology, neurodevelopmental conditions, ARFID, neonatal nutrition, weight management and more. This position will work directly with the Pediatric Endocrinology clinic, Center for Pediatric Brain, NICU follow up clinic and pediatric cardiologists, gastroenterologists, neurologists and community pediatricians to provide skilled pediatric care for our outpatient programs. Daily responsibilities will include collaboration with the interdisciplinary clinic staff, physicians and community partners under the supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager. Coverage will include some traditional one-on-one outpatient counseling and a variety of outpatient clinics. Schedule would be full time M-F, no Holidays; occasional weekends.

What You’ll Do:
•    Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
•    Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
•    Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
•    Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
•    Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
•    Mentorship & Professional Development: Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

What We’re Looking For:
•    Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
•    Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
•    Specialty certification when required
•    Two years of work experience in specialty preferred
