We are dedicated to providing age-specific programs to address the needs of children, preteens and teens with a wide variety of psychiatric illnesses, behavioral problems and substance abuse issues.
Our treatment programs focus on youth and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome and improve relationships.

The Registered Nurse creates a safe environment for clients, provides direct supervision of clients, empowers clients, and teaches new tools for coping to clients .
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
- One-year prior psychiatric experience in mental health nursing.
- Licensure and registration by the Tennessee Board of Nurse Examiners or Compact as a registered nurse.
- Prefer knowledge of effective teaching skills and educational strategies with a special education population, individual and group management skills, therapeutic relationships and processes, age specific growth and development; limit setting and crisis and behavior management.
